What happens to what you write
Short version: Wissam Kahi reads it, nothing is kept beyond thirty days, and nothing is used to train anything.
You are never asked who you are. There is no account, no password and no company name field anywhere in this tool. You are asked to name one rollout in your own words, how long it has been live, and then eight questions about what you have seen, counted or been told.
What is kept while the conversation is alive. Everything you type, the questions you were asked, the read you were given, and the working notes behind it. That is held on the server running this tool, not in your browser, so closing the tab and coming back does not lose your place.
Wissam reads them. He is the person whose name is on the read, and he reads the conversations that come in — that is how the tool gets better at recognising what it is looking at. It is said here and on the first screen because a promise that does not match what happens is worse than either.
Thirty days, and then it is gone. Thirty days after you start, everything you typed, the read and the notes are deleted, and the deleted words are overwritten rather than left behind where the database happened to put them. This runs on its own, every day, whether or not anyone remembers.
What outlives that. Counts, with no words in them: how many conversations were started and finished on a day, how many reads were produced, and how often each of the signs a read can name came up. They are numbers, they say nothing about any one conversation, and they are what lets the list of signs get better over months rather than weeks.
Nothing trains a model. The conversation is sent to Anthropic, whose models ask the questions and write the read. Under the terms this tool runs on, what you write is not used to train any model.
Two small things. A cookie in your browser holds one thing: the identifier of your conversation, so the tool knows which one is yours when you come back. And to stop one person using up the day's conversations, the tool keeps a scrambled form of your internet address — scrambled in a way that cannot be turned back into the address — which is deleted with the conversation.
If you want it gone sooner. Write to wissamkahi@odysseylead.com quoting the reference code printed at the foot of your read, and it will be deleted. You do not have to say why.
